Role Summary:
As Director of Marketing Strategy, you own how B2C marketing drives growth in Canada. You will own a multi-million CA$ budget and he end-to- end accountable for marketing.
This is a strategy-led role with real commercial responsibility. You decide where to invest, where to pull back and how to improve performance across the funnel.
You will work with specialists who execute campaigns, but you are responsible for setting direction and making the trade-offs. You will lead and develop a team, and work across a matrixed setup to align marketing, product, analytics and other stakeholders.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will own and shape the analytical data architecture and modelling that powers enterprise reporting, self-service analytics, and AI-driven insights.
