About the role
Attain is seeking a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to support the growing needs of our suite of B2C financial services. This role will be highly hands-on, focused on building, improving, validating, and deploying predictive models that power consumer decisioning and business optimization across our app portfolio.
You will work on advanced machine learning and statistical modeling problems, including cash-flow based credit decisioning for our earned wage advance product, Klover, as well as consumer behavior modeling, transaction categorization, paycheck detection, fraud scoring, churn prediction, and other high-impact predictive modeling use cases. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative fundamentals with practical experience building models and analytical systems from scratch.

About the role

About the role
We’re looking for a scrappy and motivated Lifecycle Marketing Associate to join our growing team at Attain. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging (IAM) for one of our Mobile Rewards Apps, Frisbee. You will have the opportunity to proactively identify gaps in our funnel and build journeys that move the needle on retention and engagement from the ground up.

The Strategic Partnerships Lead sits at the center of Attain’s relationships with the world’s most influential social platforms. You will shape how Attain partners, integrates, and scales across the social ecosystem, directly driving revenue growth through adoption of our outcomes solutions.

About the role
As the Lead Software Engineer supporting Frisbee Rewards, this role will serve as the backend technical anchor for the Frisbee consumer application, while also acting as the execution lead across Attain’s mobile engineering teams.
The mobile application for Frisbee Rewards, has an intentionally back-end driven infrastructure. Business logic, feature gating and much of the user experience configuration (i.e. business logic, feature gating, component arrangement and screen composition) is controlled by backend services. Mobile clients are designed to be thin rendering layers that interpret structured data and configuration delivered by the backend. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior developer who is excited about growing into a broader technical leadership role that will make an impact cross functionally.
