Atlas SP Partners is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Technology Strategy, Planning and Governance Lead to operate as a force multiplier for the technology organization. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and execution, driving alignment, prioritization, and coordination across key initiatives. The role will partner closely with the CTO and senior leadership to ensure the technology function operates efficiently, scales effectively, and remains tightly aligned with firm-wide objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Planning

• Translate the CTO’s vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Drive quarterly and annual planning processes across the technology organization
• Own end-to-end tracking of priority initiatives against plan, including milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Enforce prioritization across initiatives based on business value and capacity constraints
• Maintain a single source of truth for all committed work and trade-offs

Operational Excellence & Governance

• Own technology operating cadence and governance model (leadership meetings, business reviews, reporting)
• Improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency, transparency, and accountability
• Monitor key performance metrics across technology teams
• Oversee monthly technology forums with each business and Enterprise Solutions vertical to drive alignment, surface demand, and track delivery against commitments
• Lead the Technology Steering Committee, including agenda setting, decision tracking, and follow-through on strategic and operational priorities
• Represent technology in key committees and forums (Operating Committee, Operational Risk Forum, etc.), including preparing strategic materials, briefings, and presentations.

Financial & Budget Oversight

• Own technology budget planning and tracking in partnership with Finance and Human Capital to develop and manage the technology budget
• Oversee allocation and tracking of spend across projects, vendors, and recruitment
• Evaluate ROI on technology investments and support prioritization of capital allocation
• Monitor hiring plans against budget and ensure alignment with strategic workforce planning
• Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining delivery and performance standards

Executive Support & Decision-Making

• Support the CTO in decision-making through data analysis, business cases, and scenario modeling
• Prepare executive-level materials, including board presentations and strategic updates

Program & Change Management

• Oversee critical transformation initiatives (e.g., platform modernization, data strategy, automation)
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively drive resolution
• Ensure effective communication and change management across stakeholders

Team & Culture Enablement

• Drive organizational scaling initiatives including workforce planning, org design, and onboarding
• Reinforce a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Support internal communications and team engagement initiatives

Qualification and Experience

• 7–10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or technology leadership roles
• Prior experience in financial services, asset management, structured credit, or fintech preferred
• Clear understanding of software development, data platforms, and technology organizations
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives

Position Overview

ATLAS SP is seeking a Risk Technology (VP, Data & Enterprise Services) to join our Data & Enterprise Services team. This is a senior hands-on engineering role focused on delivering high-quality technology solutions supporting Market Risk, Credit/Counterparty Risk, and enterprise risk reporting.

The individual will work closely with the Risk Management organization, Front Office, and global technology teams. The VP shall understand how risk metrics are produced, validated, and consumed, and be able to analyze, and troubleshoot risk reporting issues.

This role requires strong SQL, Python, and data engineering skills, along with familiarity with market and credit risk concepts across bonds, derivatives, structured products, and loan portfolios. This is a senior individual contributor position with high ownership.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical partner to Market Risk and Credit Risk teams, focusing on data and platform solutions
• Perform hands-on development in SQL and Python to support risk data pipelines, analytics, reconciliations, and reporting workflows.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly risk reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Validate and troubleshoot risk reporting issues using market data, pricing inputs, and risk factor mappings.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to enhance data quality, lineage, and reporting controls.
• Drive improvements in automation, data validation, transparency, and modernization of risk processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimal 5+ years of hands-on technology experience supporting Market Risk, Credit Risk, or trading/risk data environments.
• Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, SQL Server, or equivalent) for analytics, modeling, and performance optimization.
• Python experience for data processing, analytics, and automation.
• Experience integrating market data, pricing data, and risk factor inputs into analytical or reporting systems.
• Hands-on experience building or supporting ETL pipelines, reconciliations, data validation checks, and reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with risk metrics such as DV01, stress testing, scenario analysis, and credit exposure concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to partner with Risk Management, Front Office, and other engineer teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Experience with risk platforms, pricing engines, or market data systems.

ATLAS SP is seeking a Trading and Analytics Lead to collaborate closely with business partners to support and enhance the systems and data that underpin our trading business. This individual will work to support trade capture, settlement, risk analytics, portfolio management.

Additionally, the Trading and Analytics Lead will be a member of our experienced development team and will partner with other technologists to ensure a scalable and resilient platform.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage product delivery building systems to support our trading business
• Design, code, test, and deploy enterprise software for security, derivative, and loan trading
• Collaborate with the business, project managers, and development teams to enhance systems and processes

ATLAS SP is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Professional to join the CISO’s cybersecurity team.

The Senior Cybersecurity Professional is responsible for protecting the organization’s computer systems and networks from cyber threats.  This is a hands-on role.  Only candidates with direct experience in the “Primary Responsibilities” and “Requirements” sections will be considered.  This role involves proactively identifying potential security risks, help develop, implement and manage security measures and ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of security systems.  The person in this role will also respond to and analyze cyber incidents, providing actionable insights to prevent future attacks.  This role will also be responsible for working on cybersecurity projects and assist in the development of the company’s cybersecurity strategy with Atlas’ CISO.  You will help shape Atlas’ cybersecurity readiness and security posture.

Primary Responsibilities    

•    Manage security monitoring and incident response, ensuring timely detection, investigation, escalation, and resolution of security events.
•    Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures that align with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
•    Define, architect, and continuously improve the firm’s security strategy and control framework including endpoints, mobile devices, authentication and authorization, logging, and threat detection.
•    Monitor and respond to alerts for security incidents and events. 
•    Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify weaknesses in security posture.  Implement countermeasures and strategies to enhance overall network security.
•    Experience managing and influencing third-party security vendors.
•    Manage phishing tests, user cybersecurity training and social engineering tests to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
•    Work with the network security team to monitor and implement firewall rules and policies.

Position Overview

Our Fund Accounting team is central to the firm’s broader Finance function and is focused on firm transactions and controllership.

The Fund Accounting Analyst will support the ongoing management of various Atlas funds. This individual will be tasked with the quality execution of the day-to-day core accounting responsibilities, driving improvements in processes and reporting, and engaging in problem-solving. We are seeking a talented and dedicated professional with the ability to be part of a versatile team and a strong desire to learn and develop in their career.   

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close process, including completing a NAV package with all the relevant supporting documentation, maintaining the fund-level waterfall, calculating performance figures, coordinate investor reporting to limited partners, assisting with corporate and regulatory reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements, facilitate the audit and provide information for tax preparation annually
• Analyze and prepare expense allocations and budgets between multiple fund entities.
• Identify and analyze daily cash activity for various fund entities
• Complete/Review internal daily, weekly & bi-weekly fund reporting including liquidity and investment metrics
• Address ad hoc requests as needed

Qualification and Experience

• CPA preferred
• Public accounting experience preferred
• College degree with a competitive GPA and demonstrated math or analytical ability
• 1-4 years relevant (portfolio and partnership accounting) work experience
• Previous Hedge Fund/PE Style/Financial Services experience a plus.
