We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and develop our In-Home Therapy (IHT) and Outreach team. In this role, you’ll provide clinical supervision to master’s and bachelor's level staff delivering home-based and outreach services to children ages 4 - 21 years old and their families.
You’ll lead clinician development, ensure high quality clinical care, and create a supportive and positive team culture. If you are an independently licensed clinician who is passionate about mentorship, leadership, and community mental health, this is the opportunity for you!
What You Will Do:
- Provide supervision, crisis support, and mentorship to clinicians, guiding professional growth and ensuring accurate, effective clinical documentation
- Manage clinician caseloads and workflow
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture in partnership with the Program Director and Assistant Program Director
- Stay current in treating and managing IHT cases by maintaining a small caseload
What You Will Bring:
- Independent clinical license required (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist)
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience required (5+ years preferred)
- Experience providing in-home therapy or community-based behavioral health services strongly preferred
- Prior supervisory or teaching experience preferred
- Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred
