Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, understand and identify current customer needs, while also anticipating future needs and building long-term sustainable relationship and solutions.

• Leading new site start-up and planning/risk assessment for readiness/execution successfully to get customer recognition and satisfaction.
• Define project scope and resource planning together with BU, escalate to Manager for resource gap.
• Capable of working completely independent of supervision on highly complex problems while meeting project/task timelines, objectives and goals.
• Support CS EE /Sales/BU as one team to success site base operation/service.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Bachelor Degree or above in an Engineering discipline.
• 0-3 or 4~8 years above of technical experience and deep business perspective preferably in the Semiconductor / Capital Equipment / CVD related industry. (EPI, CVD or PECVD relevant experience is a plus).
• Basic troubleshooting techniques in repairing complex microprocessor controlled electromechanical systems
• Strong positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Clear and concise both English/Mandarin verbal and written communications
• Knowledge of structured problem solving techniques
• Ability to work in a team environment, independently and/or with limited supervision
• Ability to handle multiple tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Taiwan Region Account, collaborating with them to develop forecasts and maximize market share for products such as ALD or PEALD/PECVD or EPI or Furnace or SiC..etc.
• Stay up-to-date on product launches and provide feedback to corporate teams to support product development aligned with customer needs.
• Develop comprehensive business plans and account strategies to achieve business goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities, proactively responding to changes to ensure ASM’s product offerings remain competitive.
• Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key opinion leaders to increase customer loyalty and expand market presence.
• Partner with customer service and internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a high-quality experience.

Requirements

• BS/BE or above.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, product management, or technical management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across various organizational levels, including executive and C-level.

 As a Specialist , Service Operations CKM, you'll play a key role in supporting the service operations and lifecycle. From ensuring preventive maintenance (PM) activities are completed and documented accurately, to coordinating spare parts and logistics, you'll help the team deliver smooth and timely service administration execution. This is a hands-on service administration support role where precision, coordination, and proactive communication all help keep our customers' fabs running at peak performance.

What you will be working on

• Coordinate and follow up on the completeness of CKM (clean kit management) activities and related checklists within deadlines 
• Ensure accurate PM (preventive maintenance) activity reporting and data sharing with internal teams and external vendors
• Submit purchase requests (PR), manage pricing revisions, and track PO issuance to avoid delays in clean starts and shipments
• Monitor PM activity closure and time charging once parts are picked up
• Report and follow up on recycling and IQC feedback, including anomaly handling and data reporting
• Manage on-hold kits by coordinating disposition with VE, Service, and Sales teams
• Handle process constraints and cherry parts control, including W order compensation tracking
• Confirm spare part availability and escalate to planning in case of shortages or forecast gaps
• Support customer PM forecasting, part consumption backfill, and coordination with clean vendors during peak demand
• Review and reconcile vendor stock reporting; correct inaccuracies and provide updates on abnormal stock status
• Follow through on assigned tasks, executing on time and proactively reporting improvement activities
