As a Senior Lead, People Partner at ASM you will be a key member of our Global People team, partnering with Business Units (BUs) and Service Units (SUs) across Europe, supporting leaders and employees in the Netherlands, Ireland, Israel, Germany, and France.  

In addition, you’ll serve as a strategic HR advisor to an ExCo member driving initiatives that accelerate business growth, elevate leadership, build talent pipelines, and strengthen a high - performance, values driven culture. 

You won’t do it alone - you’ll collaborate closely with Global & Regional People Partners and partner with our specialized People Centers of Excellence (CoEs). You will also be fully supported by our People Services team, known for their operational excellence and commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience.

What You Will Be Working On 

Business Partnership 

• Partner with the Regional People Lead and BU/SU leaders across Europe to drive people strategies aligned with business priorities.

What We Are Looking For 

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• 10+ years of Human Resources experience, with exposure to HR Business Partnering in multinational environments. 

• Experience in the semiconductor, high-tech, or advanced manufacturing industry strongly preferred. 

• Demonstrated success working across multiple European countries, with proven ability to navigate diverse legal and cultural contexts.

The Global User Experience Lead is accountable for defining and driving the global user experience strategy across enterprise IT services and digital workplace platforms. This role operates at an enterprise level, leading experience driven transformation initiatives that measurably improve employee productivity, satisfaction, and trust in IT services. 

The role partners closely with senior stakeholders across IT, Shared Services and Business Units to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience globally while enabling scalable and sustainable service models.

Internship Opportunity: Heating element design of ALD/CVD reactor           

About the Internship

We are offering an internship opportunity for students interested in physical transport phenomena and modeling. This internship provides exposure to low pressure chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and atomic layer deposition (ALD) vertical furnace batch reactors for the semiconductor industry to create thin films of semiconductor, dielectric and metal materials on Silicon substrates through practical design of a heating element for low temperature applications.

Key Learning Objectives:

• Gain experience in heating element design for CVD and ALD applications.
• Practical characterization of current heating element at low temperature.
• Learn and apply physical transport phenomena (i.e. energy transfer by conduction, convection, radiation).
• Develop a thermal model for a heating element concept suitable for low temperature applications.
• Use thermal model to optimize design parameters to meet specifications for the heating element performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform heating element characterization and interpret results.
• Set-up model for heating element and analyze results.
• Present progress in weekly meeting.
• Collaborate and discuss results with engineers and scientists.

Preferred Qualifications:
