About The Role

We're hiring a Solutions Architect in Bangalore who will work across three areas: pre-sales, post-sales, and enablement. This is a hybrid technical-commercial role. You'll advise prospects on architecture, guide implementations for enterprise customers, and build technical expertise across the team. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering and need to hold your own in technical conversations with all of them.

What You'll Do

Pre-Sales

• Partner with Sales to build technical strategies for prospective customers based on their business needs and architecture requirements
• Lead second-level product demos and Proof of Concepts for enterprise prospects
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec questionnaires
• Design solution architectures for complex prospect requirements, including SDK integrations, data flows, and partner setups

Post-Sales

• Own end-to-end onboarding of new customers, including hands-on implementation, SDK integration, and partner configuration
• Conduct onboarding business reviews to confirm technical alignment and early value delivery
• Drive adoption projects with existing customers to increase platform usage and surface upsell opportunities
• Provide technical consultation for complex customer requirements, acting as the escalation point for non-standard integrations
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across your portfolio in partnership with Customer Success and Account Management

Enablement

• Cover the full breadth of the AppsFlyer product and develop deep expertise in at least three product areas
• Deliver technical training sessions for internal teams (Sales, CSMs) and external stakeholders (clients, partners)
• Represent AppsFlyer at customer events, industry conferences, and partner forums
• Contribute product feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering based on field patterns

Who You Are:

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• 3+ years of total professional experience, with 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role
• Strong structured problem-solving ability. You think logically, break down ambiguity, and communicate your reasoning clearly
• Technical depth: comfortable with SDK integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and platform architecture. SQL proficiency expected
• Fluency with mobile SDKs and how they work in production environments
• Strong communication skills. Able to engage credibly with engineers, product managers, and C-level stakeholders
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable in a hybrid pre-sales and post-sales role, balancing strategic advisory with hands-on execution
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events

Strong Plus

• Experience in ad-tech or mar-tech (MMP, attribution, mobile marketing, or advertising platforms)
• Experience with large-scale data sets or analytics platforms
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Fluency in additional languages

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our high-performing team in Ho Chi Minh City.
This is a high-impact role supporting a portfolio of Enterprise customers across a variety of industries — including, gaming, finance, and entertainment.

As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will guide customers through their growth journey—maximizing the value of the AppsFlyer platform, aligning on business goals, and delivering measurable impact. You’ll play a central role in nurturing long-term relationships, enabling product adoption, and ensuring overall customer success.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an enterprise portfolio of customers, managing the full post-sales lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and customer stakeholders to define clear success plans and proactively lead execution.
  
  
• Lead periodic Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with senior stakeholders to review business outcomes, product adoption, and strategic alignment.
  
  
• Deliver tailored training sessions, product demos, and webinars to drive adoption and engagement across customer teams.
  
  
• Analyze customer usage data, key success metrics, and platform performance to surface insights and identify areas for optimization.
  
  
• Act as the customer’s internal advocate—translating feedback into actionable insights for our Product, R&D, and Support teams.
  
  
• Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion by understanding evolving business needs and aligning them with AppsFlyer’s offerings.
  
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams including Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and Technical Support.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related strategic client-facing roles within SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech.
  
  
• Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and influencing stakeholders at all levels—including C-level.
  
  
• Native Vietnamese and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  
  
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on storytelling, value articulation, and business impact.
  
  
• Strong technical aptitude with an ability to engage in discussions around APIs, SDKs, deep linking, and data integration.
  
  
• High degree of self-discipline, accountability, and attention to detail, excellent collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and respond effectively to change and ambiguity.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to mobile marketing, martech, or analytics platforms.
• Understanding of SDKs, APIs, or mobile attribution tools.
• Experience working with product or technical teams.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows that enhance customer success, productivity, and decision-making.

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our New York City office and support a portfolio of Enterprise customers in North America. This is a high-ownership role focused on driving measurable customer value, retention, and growth through product adoption, solving problems proactively, and partnership with sales. 

As a Senior CSM, you act as a strategic advisor and growth partner to your customers while also contributing to the success of the broader Customer Success team. Our CS culture is customer‑obsessed and results‑driven. We coach for impact, operate with rigor, and influence at scale across Sales, Product, and Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Value Realization:  drive customer outcomes, and product adoption across your team’s portfolio of customers. Partner with Sales to mitigate client risk and run expansion motions across strategic Enterprise customer segments, leading to improved Gross Revenue Retention and Net Revenue Retention.  
• Ability to travel 33% onsite to customers and key internal onsites.
• Own the post-sales relationship, in conjunction with your sales partner, for a portfolio of customers focused in North America to drive retention and growth.
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions, translating complex AppsFlyer products and data concepts into clear, actionable outcomes for customers.
• Conduct regular check-ins, usage reviews, and strategic syncs to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
• Run Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with senior customer stakeholders to showcase impact and align on goals.
• Act as a growth partner by understanding customers’ business goals and analyzing customer data to surface insights, identify mutual growth opportunities, and recommend optimizations to drive measurable value realization.
• Capture feedback and work closely with Product, R&D, and Support teams to drive improvements.
• Actively support renewal conversations and identify opportunities for feature adoption or account expansion.
• Lead customer issue management by proactively identifying risks, coordinating cross-functional resources, and driving issues through to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to deliver customer outcomes.
• Act as a mentor and force-multiplier for other CSMs by sharing best practices and contributing to team initiatives.

What you have:

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS or digital/mobile agency role.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and influence retention and growth outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with executive, technical, and business audiences.
• Experience with attribution, data, and digital advertising in a mobile and/or omnichannel world.  Understanding of SDK’s, API’s and mobile attribution tools.
• Analytical thinker, comfortable working with data and turning insights into action.
• Proactive and solutions-driven with high autonomy, ownership, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and evolving environment.
• Tooling: MMP's, attribution and SaaS marketing/remarketing technologies, including the technical experience required to guide customers through implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to drive efficiency and scale across customer-facing workflows - from account research and data synthesis to communication and strategic planning.

For our US-based candidates, the expected On Target Earnings (OTE) are between $168k and $188k (including bonus or commission). The offer varies on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
