We are looking for a highly driven Finance Business Partner to join our global finance team.
A pivotal, high-impact role at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Strategy, with a deep specialism in ARR and SaaS recurring revenue mechanics, as well as sales compensation and commission processes.

The position sits at the core of our ARR engine as you will own the integrity of our bookings and recurring revenue base, serve as the primary finance partner to Sales and Revenue Operations across the full commissions and incentives lifecycle, and translate ARR data into insights that directly shape business and commercial decisions.

What you'll do:

Own the ARR Engine

• Take full ownership of ARR and bookings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability across the organization
• Drive deep financial insights across key SaaS metrics, including forecasting, pricing analysis, and efficiency ratios
• Provide data-driven recommendations that directly influence business and growth decisions
• Play a critical role in the monthly global revenue close, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant reportin
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve ARR analysis, revenue validation, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency

Commission Business Partner

• Support end-to-end commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Develop strong understanding of commission structures and validate complex compensation plans
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems (e.g. Salesforce) by collaborating with RevOps, HR, and Payroll

What you have:

• 3–5+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or revenue controlling in a global SaaS or technology company  with a clear focus on top-line and sales compensation
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and ARR mechanics and iinterest in AI tools and data automation, with the ability to apply them to analysis and process improvement
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Hands-on experience with commission calculations, incentive plans, or sales compensation processes
• Advanced Excel skills, Power BI and Pigment. SQL - an advantage
• Strategic and hands-on; works independently and cross-functionally under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a strong process mindset
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our multinational finance team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s global tax strategy, across multiple jurisdictions including Israel, the U.S., Europe, APAC and additional international markets.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in international taxation, tax planning, and transfer pricing, along with hands-on experience working within a single multinational organization (in-house).

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage global corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions  
• Oversee preparation and review of tax returns, provisions, and filings worldwide  
• Develop and implement international tax planning strategies to optimize the group’s effective tax rate  
• Manage and maintain transfer pricing policies, documentation, and intercompany agreements  
• Support and advise on cross-border transactions, restructurings, and M&A activities

What you have:

• CPA / Adv. / relevant degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, or Taxation  
• 7+ years of experience in international taxation  
• Strong knowledge of global tax frameworks and cross-border taxation  
• Proven experience with transfer pricing and tax planning  
• Familiarity with OECD guidelines, BEPS, and Pillar 2  
• Experience with tax provision (ASC 740 / IAS 12) - advantage  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills  
• Fluent English (written and verbal)

We are looking for a Director of Global Accounts Receivable & Billing to lead and scale our global billing and collections operations. This role plays a critical part in the company’s revenue realization by ensuring accurate billing operations, efficient collections, and strong visibility into cash flow performance.

The position combines strategic Global leadership with deep operational understanding, requiring a leader who can oversee the full Invoice-to-Cash lifecycle, drive automation and process improvements, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.

What you'll do:

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage a large global Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Compliance function, ensuring operational excellence across all regions
• Manage and mentor the global Billing and AR teams, ensuring clear ownership, workload prioritization, and continuous development

Order-to-Cash Ownership

• Own the end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate billing, timely invoicing, and efficient collections
• Maintain a strong operational understanding while driving strategic improvements across the Invoice-to-Cash lifecycle
• Oversee billing data integrity processes
• Approve and oversee critical financial actions
• Monitor and escalate high-value and high-risk customer accounts

Financial Performance & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze key AR and billing KPIs, driving initiatives to improve cash flow and reduce overdue balances
• Monitor operational performance through dashboards and reporting tools, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Tesorio, Looker, and internal reports
• Develop and maintain cash collection forecasts, including monthly adjustments and annual planning
• Prepare and present executive-level reporting and presentations, including AR aging, collections performance, KPIs, targets vs. actuals, and risk analysis

Process Improvement & System

• Work with Operations and technical teams to identify systemic issues and promote automation across the billing and collections processes
• Lead finance and operational projects, including system improvements and UAT processes

What you have:

• 7+ years of experience leading and scaling global Accounts Receivable and Billing teams, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth technology company, with a proven track record of execution and impact
• Deep expertise in the end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including billing operations, collections strategy, and revenue realization
• Strong experience in financial forecasting, KPI management, and executive reporting, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and communicate effectively with senior leadership
• Demonstrated success driving large-scale process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational transformation
• Hands-on experience with financial systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce, and leveraging AI tools to enhance financial analysis and operational efficiency
