Appier Korea is hiring an Account Manager local clients. The person will cultivate strong relationships with our new and existing clients and assist them in strategizing and plan digital marketing campaigns to meet their goals.

Responsibilities of the role

• Strategize and plan digital marketing campaigns to meet client goals. 
• Manage campaign launch and ongoing operations, including market research, budgeting and reporting. 
• Establish and manage campaign material production. 
• Provide campaign analysis report and marketing advices. 
• Coordinate communication with both internal and external parties. 
• Communicate data and strategy in a clear and concise manner. 
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients. 
• Propose and implement business growth and process improvement.

About you

• Fast-learner, interested in online advertising industry and data monitoring. 
• Logically thinking and time management abilities. 
• Requires a combination of strong analytical and communication skills, with some technical understanding. 
• Detail-oriented with good organization. 
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Online marketing experience or stellar presentation skill is a plus.

Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for selling and up-selling Appier's Ad Cloud solutions to new and existing clients and providing excellent service in support of team revenue goals.

 The job title may vary depending on the final candidate's seniority and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact new and existing clients and educate, propose and secure buy-in on Digital Marketing
• Identify, propose and sell programs to targeted organizations within the target markets set out by the company
• Develop an understanding of client’s business, products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors and sales.
• Provide excellent level of professionalism and service in responding to general and customized client requests
• Be an influencer in digital marketing to businesses in the market
• Strong consultative sales approach to engage with CMOs/Head of Marketing to manage existing growth
• Responsible for special projects as assigned

Requirements

• A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a sales role
• Creative, problem solver with ability and experience in understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions
• Understanding on Digital & Mobile marketing industry
• Outstanding written, communication and selling skills
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales success
• Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through
• Good connection and relationships with advertisers and media agencies
• Ability to “translate” complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs

About the role

The Sales Manager, Enterprise Solutions is responsible for selling and up-selling Aiqua, Aixon and BotBonnie, Appier’s AI-as-a-service products to new and existing clients and providing service in support of team revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for Appier’s Enterprise Solution product suites (such as Aiqua, Aixon, Botbonnie). You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closure
• Serve as the product expert for our technical solutions, capable of delivering tailored proposals with customised presentations and Demos
• Involves getting deeper penetration of Appier AI and Data solutions across large accounts, developing these accounts from scratch and making them a strategic partner
• Develop relationships with C-level executives and decision makers within key accounts, and identify areas of new business opportunities.
• Practice data accuracy across internal sales tools, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and closure forecast
• Prepare and negotiate business proposals and quotations as required
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to create and finalise contracts, and integration schedules as necessary
• Follow up and maintain communication with clients to track satisfaction levels

About you

[Essential]

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a heavily customer facing, target-driven role 
• Strong soft skills to develop relationships with key decision makers in the industry
• Independent and self-motivated, able to adapt to a fast paced environment 
• A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
• Knowledge of Korea enterprise software ecosystem
• Comfortable English fluency - this role will require both spoken and written English for internal communication
• A bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Professional knowledge of terminology, trends and concepts of Data and AI products
• Experience handling large enterprise-level accounts
• Experience in selling SaaS Solutions, ideally in Marketing systems, Chat, Analytics or CDP
• Experience working with e-commerce or retail verticals
