About the Role:

The SDR at Anaplan is typically the first voice a prospective Anaplan client will hear. One of our most important roles. You will deliver a message of an easier way to do business; planning, forecasting, modelling and budgeting. You will follow-up on and create qualified leads, learn how to sell using Account Based Marketing techniques, establish trust, cultivate relationships and schedule initial meetings and demonstrations for the direct sales force with enterprise companies around the world.

What you'll be doing:

Develop and generate Sales Qualified leads by prospecting Enterprise accounts, identifying key customers, understanding their pain and needs, building connections with Anaplan account team.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and inbound requests, by speedy follow-up with event attendees, and by daily making outbound cold-calling, email correspondence and other forms of digital prospecting to targeted prospects in our Target Market
Learn how to have value-based discussions with prospects
Work with field sales to develop and implement Account Based Sales Development strategies targeting the right person at the right time, with the right message.
Challenge themselves to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics, forecasts, meeting and call objectives

More about you:

3+ years Inside Sales/Sales Development/Market Development/Business Development experience across India and Asia (preferably at an enterprise software company selling SaaS /Cloud applications)
Tech savvy and eager to learn new prospecting technology stacks
Consistent track record of performance on pipeline generation, meeting set-up
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
Organised with the ability to maintain high call volumes
Bachelor’s Degree

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Anaplan Certified Professional for the Partner Enablement Operations role, as you will be the organizational backbone of our partner Anaplan sandboxes and Infrastructure globally. The Partner Success Operations specialist will be a key member of our team, dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and focus of our Partner Success Managers (PSMs). This role will own and manage critical administrative and operational tasks, directly contributing to the success of our partner ecosystem by ensuring seamless workshop preparation, infra, sandbox and resource provisioning, certification coordination, and infrastructure management.

This is a hands-on role for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating exceptional hand-on experience for our partners.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner Provisioning & Infrastructure Management

Manage the end-to-end provisioning of Anaplan applications, conceptual demos, and development tenants for partners.
Oversee partner sandbox infrastructure, including ticket coordination, governance, and workspace management.
Coordinate with internal teams for the setup of partner development environments, including SFDC account creation and tenant administration, model copy

Partner Workshop Coordination

Lead the comprehensive preparation for partner on-site workshops, a process requiring multiple hours per event to coordinate all logistical, content-related and training instance aspects.

Pre-Sales Certification Coordination

Manage the backlog of candidates for the pre-sales certification program, conducting prerequisite checks to ensure candidate readiness.
Schedule and coordinate all required workshop sessions, rehearsals, and assessments with internal stakeholders and partner-facing teams.

More About You

3-5 years of experience in managing Anaplan instances, model copy, tenant administration. Anaplan Certified Professional
3-5 years of experience in an operations, program coordination, or senior administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced technology company.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-step processes from start to finish.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in a partner-facing, channel operations, or sales operations role is highly desirable.
A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to solve problems on the fly.
Collaborative and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.

The Partner Success team works closely with the Anaplan partner ecosystem to further develop the partner's services delivery and solution architecture capabilities. From our India office, you will work closely with our Alliances, Academy, Product/CoE, Customer Success, Pre-Sales and Professional Service teams to drive focused partner enablement where we need it most.

As a Partner Success Manager you will be responsible for driving partner-led growth through partner technical GTM, enablement and delivery excellence activities.
Observe, coach and manage Anaplan partner resources through the partner lifecycle, both in the field and via workshop.
Internally, work with the Anaplan Village to:

Develop strategic partner development plans alongside designated Alliances, Customer Success, Sales and Channel resources
Continually evaluate onboarding and training needs for new and existing staff members
- Liaise with Partner Operations to review and develop partner metrics which assist in decision making

Externally, regularly interact with Partner practice leads on the following:

Enable partners to identify opportunities, position the Anaplan solution and get them ready to implement
Review partner customers portfolio health and design any required action plans
Make recommendations and assist with additional training and onsite support if required
Participate in regular Partner planning meetings, topics to include: Resource Planning, Review of current engagements, etc.
Provide product, field, and local expertise when working with Content Developers/Instructional Designers, to produce high quality, relevant and localized materials. Subjects to include: Decision Excellence, Solution Architecture, The Anaplan Way, Pre-Sales Process, New product releases
Establish and host Partner Days within your region to ensure Partners build up the relevant contacts within Customer Success, Product, Sales and Support.

More about you:

Bachelor’s and / or Master’s Degree
Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of EPM consulting experience - FP&A planning / Supply Chain Planning space.
Functional and technical knowledge of Financial Analysis & Planning or Supply Chain Planning is required - Worked on one or more of the products such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC/SAC, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, O9, Kinaxis or related planning tools specialising in FP&A or Supply chain.
4+ years of Anaplan deployment experience or any other planning tool deployment experience is preferable
Experience leading, managing or coaching others - Please note this is not a people manager role but require to faciliate and lead across internal and partner teams on expert software training and facilitation skills
Track record of leading successful partner enablement or pre-sales or implementation functions for organizations preferably in EPM / Planning space.
Demonstrated experience as a coach and mentor in a software implementation environment
Familiarity with a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
Penchant for service excellence and a collaborative style
Superb written, oral communication and presentation skills
Ability to work across multiple functions and within a regional remote team
Highly organized, customer-focused, and innovative
Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter
Collegial, open and grounded in integrity
Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
Flexible and able to work in fluid environment with changing priorities
