Role: Microsoft Dynamics Trainer
Ambient Enterprises is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service Trainer to lead training and functional support initiatives across newly acquired and existing business units. This role will focus on ensuring that sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams are fully trained and supported in utilizing Dynamics CRM and Field Service applications effectively. In addition to training responsibilities, the Trainer will assist with testing new system features before they are deployed to the broader user community. This position requires substantial travel across the United States to deliver in-person training and support sessions.

Position Summary
The HVAC/Chiller Service Technician – Traveling is a remote based opportunity that will specialize primarily on equipment start-up, troubleshooting, and ongoing service for commercial and process HVAC systems, including chillers. The ideal candidate will ensure that installed systems perform as designed, operate efficiently, and meet client expectations for comfort and reliability. The candidate must be able to independently troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, be dependable, and have good customer service skills. This position serves customers across the nation and involves up to 80% travel. We are committed to making travel sustainable by working with each Technician to create a predictable rotation, such as 14 days on / 7 days off or 21 days on / 14 days off, providing meaningful home time and balance.

For this role, the anticipated hourly pay range is $60 - $100 USD, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, Johnson Barrow offers a comprehensive benefits package and reimburses business travel expenses in accordance with company policy. Position Summary:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of mission-critical commercial HVAC projects, ensuring systems are delivered, installed, and commissioned to exact specification. This role manages all post-sale technical coordination, including equipment submittals, factory communication, logistics, site readiness, startup, commissioning, and warranty activities for complex HVAC systems provided by Johnson Barrow.
The ideal candidate is highly technical, confident on active construction sites, and skilled at navigating project management and commissioning platforms (e.g., CxAlloy). They will serve as the primary technical interface between Johnson Barrow, manufacturers, engineers, contractors, and building owners—driving project milestones, resolving field issues, and ensuring consistent, high-quality project delivery.

This is a full-time, exempt position with competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications, plus eligibility for Johnson Barrow’s performance-based bonus program.
