About the role
The Inside Sales Representative – Air Distribution supports ToroAire’s HVAC and commercial kitchen business by managing customer relationships, developing project opportunities, and driving equipment sales focused on air distribution products and HVAC solutions. This role partners closely with outside sales, engineering, and operations teams to quote projects, process orders, and support customers from early design through fulfillment. The Inside Sales Rep serves as a technical and commercial resource for contractors, engineers, and internal teams, helping ensure accurate solutions, timely follow-up, and an exceptional customer experience.
Job duties:
Supporting assigned Outside Sales Engineers to facilitate sales
Supporting fellow Inside Sales Engineers as back-up, when necessary
Advising customers with the proper application and selection of the equipment we sell
Preparing quotes for equipment based on customer input
Entering orders for the equipment sold by the Outside Sales Engineers
Detailed tracking of the order process
Managing the virtual files for all projects in which assigned salespeople are involved
Using the selection programs provided by our manufacturers to select and configure equipment for design and quoting to contractors
Assisting customers with technical support on our product lines and maintaining good working relationships through verbal and written correspondence
Preparing submittals for equipment sold
Experience:
Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) preferred, but will consider equivalent job experience.

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Coordinator to support day-to-day treasury operations and FP&A activities. This role will assist with key operational tasks that help ensure smooth cash management and forecasting processes, while enabling the Treasury Manager to focus on automation and process improvement initiatives that support the continued growth of the finance function.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in treasury operations, including financial forecasting, cash flow analysis, and banking administration.
What You'll Do:
Treasury Operations
· Assist with maintaining and updating the weekly 13-week cash forecast, including gathering inputs from operating units and validating data.
· Partner with local accounting teams to support banking security administration and maintain bank filters and controls.
· Monitor and summarize approval requests from local teams related to treasury activities.
FP&A Support
· Assist with reviewing monthly financial reports and identifying potential variances or discrepancies for follow-up.
Requirements:
· Basic understanding of financial statements, cash management concepts, and banking products.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial models or large datasets.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $23.38/hr-$28.58/hr
