The role
The Head of Merchant Risk is a pivotal global leadership position within Adyen’s Operations function. Payment Risk Operations Lead
As a Payment Risk Operations Lead, you will lead a team of Payment Risk Operations Analyst, maintain oversight of card scheme monitoring and registration of high risk entities, support strategic business growth while meeting compliance goals, and collaborate closely with other teams in order to mitigate non-compliance losses for Adyen and its clients. Merchant Onboarding Manager
We are looking for a Merchant Onboarding Manager to join our Merchant Operations department. You will work closely with Sales Management, Compliance, Underwriting, Account Management, and other teams to guide merchants through the early stages of onboarding onto the Adyen platform.
In this role, you will own the onboarding lifecycle from commercial handover to operational readiness. Credit Risk Officer - Financial Products
As a Credit Risk Officer based in Chicago, you will be part of a growing team responsible for evaluating, managing, and scaling credit risk across Adyen’s expanding suite of financial products. The team plays a critical role in assessing credit risk, underwriting SME and enterprise merchants, and ensuring that portfolio performance remains within Adyen’s risk appetite, while enabling sustainable growth for our merchants.

CDD Risk Analyst, Onboarding
We are looking for an CDD Risk Analyst, Onboarding to be part of our APAC CDD team to support our regional growth. You will be based in Singapore working closely with Sales, Account Management, Compliance, Risk, Regulatory and Finance. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing potential, new and existing merchants from a risk, regulatory and compliance perspective. As a highly regulated company we need to adhere to various rules and regulations and make sure we grow our business with a healthy portfolio of merchants.
