Accelerate People is an Ofqual approved end-point assessment (EPA) organisation. We specialise in delivering high quality and flexible EPAs for Digital Apprenticeships. We work with employers, colleges, and training providers, and are committed to providing the best possible experience to the apprentice to enable them to fulfil their potential.

• Continuous Personal Development (CPD) - We believe that effective CPD contributes significantly to the improvement and quality of the End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO). An investment in the employee not only has a positive effect on their motivation and effectiveness, but it also helps to create a climate for learning, which positively affects both employee ability and assessment quality throughout the EPAO. Employees will receive a minimum of 4 sponsored days each year for CPD and upskilling in their business area.
