About the Role:

The HR Operations Manager role is an IC and hybrid position that delivers both operational HR support and HRIS systems administration within ABBYY’s global People Shared Services team. The role provides employee and manager support, ensures consistent application of People policies across assigned regions, and contributes to efficient, compliant employee lifecycle processes.

In parallel, this position supports the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our core People systems, HiBob (HRIS) and Greenhouse (ATS), and plays a key role in maintaining data accuracy, improving workflows, and enabling reliable People data reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide regional People Operations support for an assigned geography within the global People Shared Services team.

• Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal teams or vendors to resolve them.

Data Quality, Reporting & Analytics

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data across all People systems.
• Conduct data audits and reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Address data integration issues between People systems and downstream systems such as payroll, IT, or Finance tools.

Process & Documentation Support

• Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, system documentation, and user guides.

Job Requirements:

Salary Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $119,000 and $142,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. • Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying workflows using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps Pipelines
• Good understanding of microservices architecture, distributed system design, and cloud-native patterns at enterprise scale
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, testable code
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to investigate complex issues across distributed systems

Salary Range:

• The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $115,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
