All roles involve working with clients to design and deliver Workday solutions, collaborating with teams, and building skills through hands-on experience and training.
Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant
Help design and improve HR processes such as recruiting, payroll, and performance management
Configure Workday solutions to enhance employee experience
Work with clients to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions
Financials Consultant
Support clients in improving finance processes such as billing, contracts, and accounting
Configure Workday Financials solutions to streamline operations
Collaborate with teams to deliver effective, client-focused outcomes
Data Consultant
Support data migration and data conversion from legacy systems into Workday
Help ensure data accuracy and readiness for system go-live
Foundational Microsoft Excel knowledge is recommended.
Test Services Consultant
Guide and support customers in adapting best practices on test activities to drive a successful implementation
Help customers understand and follow the test methodology to ensure all configuration updates are tested and recorded accurately.
Set up and guide customers in using our preferred test tools to track and report test progress and issue management.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree (completed between January 2025 and June 2027)
Strong communication skills and interest in a client-facing role
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organizational skills
Eligibility to work in Canada with no restrictions or time limits
Willingness to work in our Toronto office, with in-person collaboration (5 days per week initially)
Compensation: This position offers a salary range of CAD $67,000 - $70,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
Sponsorship: Kainos does not provide work permit or immigration sponsorship for Canada-based roles. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada on an ongoing basis without employer sponsorship for a work permit.
