About the role

• Experience: 5+ years in Workbrain/Kronos or Workforce Management systems
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system enhancements.
• Strong experience in Workbrain/Kronos, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll integrations.
• Handle requirements gathering, testing, UAT, release upgrades, and deployment support.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, vendors, and global technical teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
