We are looking for a curious and visually aware Content Strategist who can turn client briefs into compelling narratives for physical spaces. You will research clients, develop wall concepts and content themes, write spatial content, and create mood-boards to guide our designers. You will contribute both during client pitches and after projects have been awarded. This is not a conventional social-media content role. It sits at the intersection of research, storytelling, copywriting and visual thinking.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Research the client’s business, industry, audience, culture and brand philosophy.
Participate in briefing meetings and identify the purpose of different spaces.
Develop customised content strategies, themes and wall concepts.
Build narratives that connect individual walls to the organisation’s larger story.
Write headlines, wall copy, stories, timelines, captions and value statements.
Adapt content to suit the wall size, viewing distance, audience and purpose.
Create mood-boards defining the intended style, imagery, colours, typography and overall mood.
Convert concepts into clear and persuasive client presentations.
Present ideas and explain the thinking behind them to clients.
Brief designers and review their work to ensure alignment with the approved concept.
Coordinate with design, business development and project teams.
Manage multiple assignments, feedback rounds and submission timelines.
The person will not be responsible for creating final artwork but must have sufficient visual sensitivity to guide its direction.
Skills Required
Strong research, writing and storytelling ability.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Ability to write both concise copy and longer narrative content.
Strong visual awareness and an eye for design references.
Ability to create structured mood-boards and presentation decks.
Confidence in presenting ideas to clients.
Curiosity about brands, people, culture, design and physical spaces.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and accept feedback.
Preferred Background
Candidates may come from advertising, copywriting, brand strategy, communication design, journalism, literature, mass communication, architecture or related fields. A particular degree is less important than the ability to research deeply, think conceptually, write clearly and demonstrate visual judgement. Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Adobe InDesign or similar tools would be useful. Advanced graphic-design skills are not mandatory.
Portfolio Expectations
Applicants should share relevant examples of brand concepts, copywriting, storytelling, research-led content, mood-boards or presentation decks. Previous spatial-branding experience is welcome but not essential.
