What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.
What are we looking for? Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or in any related field. Experience: Proven experience (3 to 6 years) working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. Technical skills: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. • Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI. •Creativity and Design skills: • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. • Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas. • Attention to details is a must. Soft skills: • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback. • Strong organizational skills. • Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends. • Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics will be a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Key Responsibilities: • Development under supervision. • Ability to learn and upskill. Relationships: • Report to Media Lead • Coordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development.
