As a Transition Tools & Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing outsourced solutions and supporting clients across various functions. You will help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by overseeing key processes and functions on their behalf. Your expertise in project management, technology, and process optimization will be crucial in delivering exceptional services to clients. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance, while continuously improving and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations

- Overseeing delivery teams to optimize performance and manage delivery risks effectively

- Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance managed services processes and tools

- Utilizing project management skills to plan, budget, and execute client service engagements

- Analyzing system components to identify interactions and improve service delivery

- Developing automation solutions to improve business process efficiency and reduce costs

- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and meet client expectations

- Engaging in strategic planning to identify opportunities for business transformation

- Managing stakeholder relationships to address conflicts and facilitate service excellence

- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

- At least 7 to 11 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
