Вимоги:
Вища освіта відповідного напрямку
Знання англійської мови на середньому рівні чи вище (листування та комунікація)
Досвідчений користувач MS Office
Бажаний досвід роботи у сфері логістики та митної справи, або пов`язаним з ними сферами діяльності
Здатність виконувати декілька завдань одночасно (багатофункціональність) та ефективно визначати пріоритети;
Здатність працювати за умов стислих термінів виконання роботи та постійних змін пріоритетів
Основні обовязки:
Вчасне розміщення замовлень у експедиторів на надання транспортних послуг
Систематичне та ретельне оновлення відповідних даних у графіках вантажоперевезень
Збір статистичних даних щодо здійснення вантажоперевезень для оцінювання якості роботи транспортно-експедиторських послуг та розробка ефективних заходів із вдосконалення питань щодо транспортних витрат
Взаємодія з співробітниками складського господарства, відділу зовнішньоекономічних відносин, Консолідаційного Центру та митними брокерами
Розробка та постійне ведення переліку постачальників транспортно-експедиторських послуг
