• Вчасне розміщення замовлень у експедиторів на надання транспортних послуг 

• Систематичне та ретельне оновлення відповідних даних у графіках вантажоперевезень 

• Збір статистичних даних щодо здійснення вантажоперевезень для оцінювання якості роботи транспортно-експедиторських послуг та розробка ефективних заходів із вдосконалення питань щодо транспортних витрат 

• Взаємодія з співробітниками складського господарства, відділу зовнішньоекономічних відносин, Консолідаційного Центру та митними  брокерами

• Розробка та постійне ведення переліку постачальників транспортно-експедиторських послуг
