役割:

• PCやデバイスのITライフサイクルに関するサービスの提案・支援業務を担当いただきます。

• Intune、Autopilot、Entra ID、Active Directoryなどのクラウド・デバイス管理関連サービスを取り扱います。

• 本ポジションでは、先輩社員やチームのサポートを受けながら、プリセールス活動の補助やソリューションの検証・導入支援に関わっていただきます。

• 顧客の課題理解や市場ニーズの把握についても、段階的に経験を積みながらスキルを伸ばしていただくことを期待しています。

• ディストリビューター（IT商社）として、法人向けに付加価値のあるサービス提供に貢献していただくポジションです。

職務内容:

• 先輩社員の指導のもと、製品・サービスに関する基本的な技術説明や資料作成を行う

• 技術実装計画や構成設計に関するドキュメント作成

• 検証（PoC）や導入プロジェクトにおける補助業務（設定作業、検証など）

• 社内外のエンジニアとの調整業務

• 技術デモやトレーニングの準備・実施

• 必要な情報の収集や、簡易的な見積作成

• 技術トレーニングの受講および基礎的な認定資格の取得

応募要件:

【必須】

• IT業界における法人営業・セールスエンジニア・顧客対応補助経験５年以上

• クラウドベースのID管理、デバイス管理、およびPCライフサイクル管理（展開・設定・運用）に関する実務経験またはプリセールス経験

• 社内外問わず長期的な信頼関係を築けるコミュニケーション力

• IT分野、特に新しい技術やツールに対する強い興味と学習意欲

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

【尚可】

• Intune、Autopilot、Entra ID、Active Directory いずれかに関する基礎知識（学習経験、資格取得、または業務での初歩的な利用経験など）

• キッティングやITサポート、ヘルプデスク等の実務経験

• 情報システム部門やIT運用に関する実務経験

• 英語：日常会話レベル
