About Lucid

At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid’s proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our “Compromise Nothing™” approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.

We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.

The Corporate Supplier Industrialization team plays a critical role in ensuring supplier readiness, launch execution, and manufacturing success across Lucid’s vehicle programs. The team partners closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Program Management, Supplier Quality, and external suppliers to drive accountability, visibility, and operational excellence throughout the product development and launch lifecycle.

Through robust quality systems, supplier engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, the team helps identify risks early, improve execution, and enable successful vehicle launches. This organization operates in a fast-paced environment where data accuracy, process discipline, and proactive communication directly impact business outcomes.

About the Role

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure activities, suppliers, programs, commodities, and stakeholders are accurately mapped and aligned to support efficient execution across multiple teams and regions.
  • QMS Support: Support adoption and execution of Auros workflows by providing guidance, resolving user questions, tracking issues, and helping maintain process consistency across supplier quality activities.
  • Knowledge Management: Capture, track, and maintain records of system questions, issue resolutions, assessments, and follow-up actions to improve organizational knowledge and process effectiveness.
  • Meeting and Program Coordination: Facilitate effective team execution by coordinating meetings, preparing operational and QMS updates, documenting key decisions, and ensuring actions are assigned and tracked to completion.
  • Risk Communication: Provide leadership with timely visibility into blockers, supplier concerns, unresolved questions, and program risks that could impact launch readiness or operational performance.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex datasets and trackers with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive follow-through, and proactively escalate issues. \
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing leadership-ready status updates and meeting summaries.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Supplier Industrialization, Supplier Quality, APQP, PPAP, or automotive launch readiness processes.
