Your role at @Chanel:

As a Style Expert, you will act as the style reference within the boutique, delivering elevated and personalized styling experiences to clients while supporting the development of styling expertise across the team.

Combining strong fashion knowledge, styling skills, and a sophisticated understanding of the CHANEL allure, you will work closely with clients, Boutique Management, Style Advisors, Fashion Advisors, and the Style Expertise Manager to elevate the client experience and contribute to the business from a styling perspective.

Responsibilities

Client Experience & Styling

• Deliver expert styling advice aligned with the Style of CHANEL and the collections;
• Lead elevated and personalized styling appointments, including wardrobe appointments and Art of Styling Moments, from preparation through execution;
• Inspire clients to explore styles beyond their usual preferences and discover their unique Style and Allure at CHANEL;
• Participate in boutique events as a style reference and contribute to strengthening the client experience;
• Identify opportunities to promote statement pieces and slow movers through a styling perspective.

Styling Expertise & Team Development

• Act as the style relay between the Style Expertise Manager and Style Advisors and/or Fashion Advisors;
• Support and mentor Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors in developing their styling capabilities;
• Lead styling activities and collection workshops throughout the collection selling period;
• Coach team members through one-to-one sessions and provide frequent, constructive feedback;
• Support Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors in preparing for client appointments;
• Identify and develop talents with strong styling skills and contribute to their development plans;
• Promote best practices and support the use of internal styling tools and the Fashion Community.

Boutique Business & Buying

• Partner with Boutique Management to build the yearly plan and support business objectives from a styling perspective;
• Participate in buying sessions by contributing to the decoding of collections and gathering feedback on their allure;
• Review buys with the Boutique Management team to ensure the allure of the collections is well represented for current and future clients;
• Participate in post-buy meetings and provide recommendations from a styling perspective;
• Work closely with the Style Expertise Manager to share styling insights and support the boutique's overall fashion strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury fashion retail environment;
• Strong knowledge and passion for fashion, styling, luxury, and beauty;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong client experience orientation and ability to build meaningful relationships;
• Advanced English;
• Portuguese required; French is considered a plus.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Fashion luxury retail environment;
• You have excellent communication skills;

• You are decisive and performance oriented;
• You have a passion for client experience, luxury and beauty;
• You are an ambassador of the CHANEL allure (posture and vocabulary);
• You speak Advanced English;
• You speak Portuguese, English and French is a plus.
