Petr Chadima leads our Technology Consulting team for Financial Services. He has spent most of his professional career delivering large-scale transformation programs for Czech and international clients. What keeps him passionate about his work is collaborating with exceptional people and helping them grow. Outside work, he enjoys crafting unique wooden projects and spending time with his family.

Job description & summary

Are you passionate about data and eager to expand your skills and knowledge? Do you aspire to lead and guide others in your field? Dive deeper into the realms of implementation, data modelling, and cloud data architecture with our dynamic team.

You will work on a large cloud transformation program, taking responsibility for solution data architecture, leading teams of analysts and engineers, and serving as the primary point of contact for client communication.

• Define cloud solution architecture for enterprise-scale data platforms.

• Design and implement data governance standards and processes.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data solutions across multiple workstreams.

• Guide teams of data analysts and data engineers.

• Act as the main liaison between PwC and client stakeholders.

• Lead project streams and coordinate delivery activities.

• Prepare functional and technical solution designs.

• Drive solution decision-making and architecture governance.

• Support cloud data platform implementation and optimisation.

• Mentor and develop junior colleagues.

What matters to us

• University degree and at least 5 years of experience in data management.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

• Proven experience defining solution and data architecture in enterprise environments.

• Strong leadership experience managing delivery teams and client relationships.

• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

• Attention to detail, quality, and delivery excellence.

What will help you stand out

• Experience with Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Purview, BigQuery, AWS Glue, or similar platforms.

• Expertise in Data Mesh architecture.

• Experience with Master Data Management initiatives.

• Strong data modelling background, including Data Vault methodology.

• Practical experience with enterprise data governance frameworks.

• Experience delivering large-scale cloud transformation programs.
