What are we looking for?
Heading into 2027, Fulton Hogan's Tasmanian team are going through a very exciting period of growth. Through exciting project wins and a continued focus on creating a positive culture and environment for our team, we are starting to look ahead to the new-year and have identified the need for an additional Site Engineer to join our team.

What do we need from you?
The successful Site Engineer will be involved in a range of projects throughout the region. We're looking for someone who enjoys working on complex infrastructure projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you are given autonomy within your work and the opportunity to influence outcomes to achieve best for project results.

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Procurement of project materials and support in the management of key Subcontractors
• Lead initiatives in site safety, site quality, and site environmental compliance.
• Develop and maintain construction programs and look aheads to support internal and external communication
• Productivity and cost tracking to support the management and communication of milestones
• Financial management from preparation, review and processing of purchase orders and subcontractor progress claim review and approval.

How you'll connect to the role?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent tertiary qualifications
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage and maintain great relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, clients and stakeholders
• Exposure to the coordination of site activities and costs forecasts;
• Procurement of plant, equipment, materials and services;
• Preparation of quality control documentation to ensure compliance
