  • Support supplier negotiations, ensuring procurement activities are executed accurately, on time, and within budget to meet critical program milestones.
  • Facilitate the seamless transition of supply chain responsibilities from the new contract team to the production execution team.
  • Provide program support, including material requirements planning (MRP) and master data management, ensuring timely and accurate inputs into the supply chain process to enable successful program execution.
  • Manage supplier relationships, addressing risk mitigation, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements, including FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings to program leadership on supply chain status, material constraints, EAC updates, and risk mitigation strategies during program startup and execution phases.
  • Support proposal efforts for new contracts by contributing to supplier strategies, cost estimates, and scope definitions for material-related tasks.
  • Drive accurate and timely financial management activities, including EACs, material sales forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with program financial expectations.
  • Provide issue resolution, fostering communication and collaboration across internal teams and external suppliers to ensure program success.
  • Travel domestically or internationally as needed (up to 30%) to support supplier engagement and program requirements.
