Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, your day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. You will ensure that security measures are effectively implemented to maintain protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your role includes continuous monitoring, managing incidents, and coordinating with various stakeholders to uphold the security posture of client systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and operational efficiency. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on security objectives. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and implementing best practices in security operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - Strong knowledge of security monitoring, incident detection, and response processes. - Experience with log management, threat intelligence integration, and security event correlation. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to managed security services. - Ability to analyze complex security data and provide actionable insights. - Proficient in configuring and tuning SIEM tools to optimize detection capabilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
