As a SAP-FICO-Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, partnering with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, effectively mentoring others and addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP finance solutions effectively
- Leading teams in the integration and utilization of SAP finance applications to optimize financial processes
- Guiding the development and execution of strategic plans to improve financial reporting and achieve client objectives
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Utilizing SAP FICO and SAP Central Finance to support financial transformation initiatives
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to address financial challenges and opportunities
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices in financial management
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within financial reporting frameworks

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO modules
- Utilizing financial forecasting and financial modeling skills
- Managing financial risk and regulatory compliance effectively
- Excelling in financial reporting and analysis
- Leading finance transformation initiatives within SAP environments
