As a Salesforce LwC & Apex & Integration- Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance client operations. You will use your technical strengths to anticipate client needs and respond effectively to diverse perspectives. By embracing increased ambiguity, you will utilize critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver impactful results. Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components and Apex to enhance client business processes
- Integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems to streamline operations and improve data flow
- Managing Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud configurations to optimize client service delivery
- Conducting business process modeling to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements
- Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and design tailored Salesforce solutions
- Leading technical consultation sessions to provide insights on Salesforce capabilities and integration strategies
- Overseeing project architecture and budgeting to validate alignment with client objectives
- Supporting the deployment of innovative technologies to drive business model development and process standardization
- Creating and maintaining training materials to facilitate user adoption and maximize system utilization
- Validating data integrity and security within Salesforce implementations to maintain compliance and reliability

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Implementing enterprise integration solutions effectively
- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
- Excelling in business process modeling and project architecture
