The Research Associate, Quality Control is responsible for performing Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) testing for antibodies and assay kits. This role supports product quality decisions, ensures batch-to-batch consistency, enables on-time delivery, and helps maintain regulatory and quality compliance.

This position reports to the QC Test Supervisor and is part of the In-house Manufacturing & Quality Control Department located in Hangzhou and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Prepare reagents, samples, references, and assay plates; Perform ELISA testing for antibodies and assay kits in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Generate accurate, complete, and traceable experimental records, raw data, and quality control reports according to established documentation standards.
• Identify and escalate unexpected assay performance, abnormal results, or potential quality issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, consumables, reagents, and work areas in compliance with internal quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities aimed at improving assay robustness, testing efficiency, and data reliability.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related life science field.
• Hands-on experience in biological laboratory work gained through coursework, internship, or industry experience.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• ELISA or other antibody-based, plate-based assay workflows. Understand key ELISA parameters and basic ELISA result analysis.
• Antibody-related experiments, such as Western blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, or flow cytometry.
