JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）
- 大专及以上学历。
- 有较强的学习能力和人际交往能力。勤奋诚实可靠，努力工作以实现自己的理想。
- 对安全有较高的认识。
- 适合倒班工作。
- 化学工程与工艺、机械工程、工业自动化与仪表专业应届毕业生。或具有在煤气净化装置或类似复杂装置现场操作人员岗位上连续工作满一年左右经历的在职人员。
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责）
- 在净化装置操作维护中推进和服从空气化工全部环保、健康、安全标准，进行持续改进以达到或优于管理目标。终极目标是“零伤害”。
组织实施现场按时巡检，发现和消除可能的安全危害。确保净化装置安全、高效运行，服从和满足合同要求，不断提高装置在线运行率。
必须遵守工艺安全、变更管理及运行装置危险性分析提出的有关安全要求。
对净化装置现场操作进行持续改进，并分享净化装置运行经验。
对本班新的净化装置现场运行人员进行岗位培训。
熟悉SWP相关程序。
