Reimagine What’s Possible 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible to create proposal, project, purchase requisition, purchase order & material reservation and invoicing.

• Responsible to timely complete the projects capitalization & close the projects based on project status.

• Responsible to upload the final documented engineering template.

• Perform due diligence to the project-related requests daily to ensure all mandatory information provided is filled in accurately.

• Frequent interaction with the project engineers to clarify the requirement of the project structure

• Provide support to ensure administrative tasks are properly recorded and tracked in the system, including projects budget, schedule, etc) and report regularly on project status

• Monitoring the project progress status on monthly basis and provide status to the project managers and Customer Engineering teams.

• Comply to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) established within the team & KPI set during beginning of every fiscal year

• Any ad-hoc duties that are assigned by her/his superior as deemed necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and/or equivalent

• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years related experience are encouraged to apply; experience under shared services organization will be an added advantage

• Must be willing to work on public holidays depending on the region supported (replacement leave provided).

• Attentive to detail, prioritization and having self-initiative and being able to work independently as well as a part of a team

• Good verbal and written communications skills a must with the ability to work with various cultures. Proficient English language skills (spoken & written) are required.  

• Microsoft Office proficiency is required mainly in Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point. 

• Experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) Module will be an advantage.

• Strong organizational, discipline, interpersonal and teamwork are essential.
