We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering & IT Professional to contribute to multidisciplinary engineering and technology initiatives across Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded, VLSI, and IT/Digital domains.

The role is suited for a professional who can work effectively in a technically diverse environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to delivering high-quality engineering and technology solutions for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering and technology projects across relevant technical domains.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded, VLSI, and IT/Digitalfunctions.
• Support end-to-end project execution from requirements analysis through development, testing, validation, and delivery.
• Analyse technical challenges and develop practical, efficient, and reliable solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, problem-solving sessions, and project planning.
• Ensure assigned deliverables meet defined technical, quality, performance, and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, reports, and project-related records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to track project activities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
• Contribute to process improvements, engineering best practices, and delivery efficiency.
• Stay updated with relevant technologies, engineering methodologies, tools, and industry practices.
• Support customer interactions and provide technical inputs where required.
• Work effectively across multiple projects, priorities, and technology areas in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, technical mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering, IT, technology, product development, or a related technical field.
• Strong technical foundation with experience in one or more engineering or technology domains.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary engineering and IT environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to technical challenges.
• Experience working on customer-facing or enterprise engineering projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of project execution, technical documentation, testing, validation, and quality processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project deliverables effectively.
