Sobre esta vaga de Project Manager na LSEG

LSEG · Presencial · IND-Hyderabad-CapitaLand

Enterprise Functions Engineering is progressing its journey to becoming product-led while continuing to deliver major transformation programmes, the Finance Vision, and the ways of working required to deliver value consistently, transparently, and at scale.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager within the London Stock Exchange Group, focused on enabling structured delivery across the technology function:

  • The role sits within Enterprise Functions Engineering as part of the Change Enablement delivery team. The role will lead project and programme deliverables and dependencies across complex, large-scale and/or high-risk initiatives involving multiple senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will enable a centralised, adoptable delivery mechanism that supports the transition to a product-led model. This includes establishing the right level of governance, delivery standards, artifact management, EFE-level updates, compliance evidence, and control discipline required to ensure repeatable, reproducible, and auditable delivery across stakeholders, partners, and technology teams.
  • You will work on multi-year, large and complex programmes implementing modern technologies, while helping embed scalable delivery practices, transparent reporting, and governance routines that support predictable outcomes.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with experienced industry professionals and support the rollout of world-class solutions for a leading financial organisation, while strengthening delivery adoption, governance, and change enablement across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead centralised project planning and delivery: Define and Manage integrated delivery plans, including Plan on a Page, critical path plans, milestone roadmaps, resource plans, cost plans and dependency views. Ensure delivery activity is structured in a consistent, adoptable way that can be scaled across programmes and aligned to product-led ways of working.
  • Collaborate with sponsors and product-aligned stakeholders: Work closely with programme sponsors, product owners, engineering leads, business SMEs, vendors, and senior partners to define goals, success criteria, delivery priorities, and decision points. Provide clear progress reporting and ensure changes are understood, governed, and reflected across plans, artifacts, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and delivery controls: Proactively identify risks, blockers, delivery conflicts, and dependency constraints across workstreams, teams, and vendors. Establish effective controls, escalation routes, and mitigation actions that balance delivery scope, complexity, cost, quality, and risk while supporting timely decision-making and predictable outcomes.
  • Establish documentation, artifact management, and audit trails: Create and maintain the core delivery artifacts required to evidence delivery progress, governance decisions, risks, dependencies, assumptions, approvals, and outcomes. Ensure documentation is version controlled, accessible, reusable, and aligned to agreed standards so delivery remains repeatable, reproducible, and auditable.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and partners: Guide cross-functional delivery teams, including internal engineering, business, change, PMO, and external vendor teams, to ensure activities are aligned to business case outcomes, product priorities, and agreed delivery standards. Track budget, resource usage, milestones, and financial performance, escalating variances and supporting recovery actions where required.
  • Embed governance, standards, and repeatable ways of working: Ensure delivery activity complies with LSEG methodology, governance, risk management, and change control standards. Work with engineering leads and delivery partners to define practical templates, forums, controls, and ways of working that can be consistently adopted across programmes and adapted as the organisation transitions to a product-led model.
  • Maintain EFE-level governance updates and compliance activities: Own and coordinate Enterprise Functions Engineering-level updates required to evidence delivery progress, governance status, and control adherence. Support governance activities including periodic attestations, LeanIX compliance, delivery health checks, action tracking, and artifact readiness to ensure programme delivery remains transparent, traceable, and aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Drive adoption, continuous improvement, and change enablement: Engage teams regularly to understand what is working, where friction exists, and what needs to improve. Use feedback to refine delivery mechanisms, strengthen governance artifacts, simplify adoption for technology teams, and support completion of change-related activities in line with the LSEG Change Framework.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Centralised delivery planning experience: Proven experience creating and maintaining integrated delivery plans, including Plan on a Page, critical path plans, milestone roadmaps, resource plans, cost plans, and dependency views, with the ability to structure delivery in a consistent and scalable way.
  • Stakeholder and product-led delivery experience: Strong ability to work with sponsors, product owners, engineering leads, business SMEs, vendors, and senior partners to define goals, success criteria, priorities, decision points, and delivery outcomes aligned to product-led ways of working.
  • Risk, issue, dependency, and control management: Demonstrable experience identifying and managing risks, blockers, dependencies, delivery conflicts, and control gaps across complex programmes, with the judgement to escalate effectively and support timely, evidence-based decision-making.
  • Governance, documentation, and artifact management: Experience creating, maintaining, and governing delivery artifacts such as RAID logs, decision records, governance packs, status reports, action trackers, approvals, assumptions, and audit evidence to support repeatable, reproducible, and auditable delivery.
  • Cross-functional team and vendor coordination: Proven ability to coordinate internal engineering, business, change, PMO, and external vendor teams, ensuring delivery activity remains aligned to business case outcomes, budget, resource capacity, milestones, financial performance, and agreed delivery standards.
  • Enterprise governance and compliance awareness: Working knowledge of enterprise delivery methodology, change control, risk management, periodic attestations, LeanIX compliance, delivery health checks, and governance forums, with the ability to maintain clear traceability between standards, controls, decisions, and delivery evidence.
  • Adoption, continuous improvement, and change enablement: Ability to engage teams, gather feedback, simplify delivery adoption, improve templates and governance artifacts, and support completion of change-related activities in line with the LSEG Change Framework and evolving product-led operating model.

Education and Professional Skills

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or Diploma in a technology, business, finance, delivery, or transformation-related discipline (Desirable)
  • Project, programme, PMO, agile, or service management certification such as Certified PMO, PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, SAFe, Scrum, or ITIL (Desirable)
  • Strong working knowledge of project, risk, dependency, governance, reporting, and artifact management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Gantt tools, JIRA, LeanIX, SharePoint, or equivalent delivery and tracking platforms
