The Project Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating and overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met. This role manages project planning, scope, risks, budgets, stakeholder communications, and change requests while supporting cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. The specialist drives project execution, monitors progress, resolves issues, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. The role also supports complex, multi-workstream initiatives, including digital, data, and AI-related programs, leveraging innovative tools and methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Job Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in client-facing environments.
Minimum 1 year of experience leading, coaching, or managing teams.
Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), both written and spoken.
Strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and project deliverables simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, status reporting, and change management.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
Experience supporting technology, data, digital transformation, or AI-related initiatives is a plus.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
