The Program Manager owns the successful strategy execution, coordination, and delivery of a portfolio of related projects for enterprise-level clients and is focused on achieving key business outcomes. The Program Manager develops the plan and direction, aligns cross-functional workstreams, and ensures that the combined output delivers measurable customer and business value.
- Define and maintain the overall program structure, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap.
- Translate business objectives into program goals, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.
