It requires strong visibility into how the product is performing, disciplined quality and release processes, fast resolution of issues, and tight coordination across product, engineering, clinical, and analytics.
You will own that operational layer for the team.

 

As the Product Manager’s closest operating partner, you’ll build the systems and processes that help the team make better decisions and execute with speed. You’ll own a clearly defined operational surface end-to-end, from understanding performance and identifying issues, to coordinating resolution and ensuring launches land successfully. You’ll also work closely with PMs on feature development and with analysts to turn product questions into actionable insights.
