Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated HBM Technical Sales Manager to drive business development and customer engagement for next-generation High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) solutions supporting the fast-growing AI and data center market.
This role will work closely with strategic customers and internal engineering teams to enable HBM design wins and accelerate adoption across AI infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities
•Drive HBM business development with strategic customers in AI, cloud, and data center segments.
•Serve as the primary technical sales interface for HBM product discussions, roadmap alignment, and customer qualification activities.
•Support customer design-in opportunities across GPU, ASIC, accelerator, and advanced computing platforms.
•Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to align customer requirements with product strategy.
•Build strong ecosystem partnerships with semiconductor companies, hyperscalers, and advanced packaging partners.
•Provide market intelligence on AI infrastructure and future memory technology trends.

Qualifications
•    5+ years experience in semiconductor technical sales, FAE, product marketing, or business development.
•    Strong knowledge of DRAM, HBM, advanced packaging, or memory subsystem architecture.
•    Experience supporting AI, server, data center, GPU, ASIC, or cloud customers.
•    Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
•    Fluent English and ability to work in a global cross-functional environment.
