Part Time Nanny & Household Helper –New Braunfels, TX

A respectful Christian, welcoming family in New Braunfels, TX 78130 is seeking a nurturing, proactive caregiver to support their home and assist with elementary-aged children. This role involves guiding children through their morning homeschool lessons, managing daily light household tasks, and providing attentive, engaging care in a collaborative environment alongside a parent.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 30 hours per week guaranteed
• Includes time off for holidays and other scheduled events

• Respectful and welcoming home environment
• Collaborative dynamic; caregiver will work side-by-side with a parent throughout the day

Responsibilities:

• Guide elementary-aged children through morning homeschool lessons with patient academic encouragement
• Provide attentive childcare, creative playtime, and gentle mentorship
• Keep the home running smoothly with daily light cleaning, wiping down counters, and folding laundry
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks upon request
• Assist with occasional local errands and driving children to activities
• Maintain an organized workspace and learning supply area

Requirements:

• Proven experience in childcare, homeschooling, or household management
• Patient, nurturing, proactive, and deeply dependable work style
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a safe, reliable personal vehicle

Preferred:

• Rich background in raising children, grandparenting, or formal educational support

Compensation:

• $18–$24 per hour (dependent on experience)
