Part Time Nanny – Austin, TX

A welcoming family in Austin, TX 78717 is looking for a warm, energetic part-time nanny to care for their 6-month-old infant and 4-year-old child in a smoke-free home. The ideal caregiver brings creative energy to daily routines and is completely comfortable with a friendly dog in the household at all times.

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (18 guaranteed hours/week)
• Start Date: As soon as possible (schedule is flexible)

Family Specifications:

• Smoke-free household
• One dog in the home
• Family values dynamic and creative play, including crafts, music, and hands-on activities

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care and supervision for a 6-month-old infant and a 4-year-old child
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Engage children in fun, developmental activities such as crafts, music, and simple cooking
• Perform light housekeeping and basic household tasks related to the children's daily care

Requirements:

• Spanish language proficiency
• Comfortable with a dog present in the home at all times
• Demonstrated experience caring for both infants and toddlers/preschoolers

Preferred:

• Interest or background in music, arts and crafts, or children's culinary activities

Compensation:

• $18–$22 per hour (commensurate with experience)
