Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to maintain system stability and performance. Throughout the day, the engineer utilizes standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to develop solutions that align with organizational needs while ensuring compatibility across systems. Collaboration with various teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is also a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous system availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with using APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and deploy application solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control in Software as a Service applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
