- Develop and maintain tester, handler, prober, and manufacturing capacity models.
- Review demand forecasts and translate them into resource requirements.
- Perform weekly capacity analysis and identify bottlenecks.
- Support forecasting and supply commitment reviews.
- Maintain planning databases and capacity assumptions.
- Coordinate with Global Planning, SCM, Product Lines, and ASE Operations.
- Conduct resource loading analysis and scenario planning.
- Monitor capacity utilization and recommend balancing actions.
- Support NPI, transfer, resiliency, and expansion programs through capacity assessments.
- Track execution against plan and highlight demand-supply gaps.
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.
- Maintain KPI dashboards and planning metrics.
