Your Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping residents achieve their highest potential. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals, regain independence, and improve their daily living skills.

• Assessing progress and adjusting therapy as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses all aspects of a resident’s well-being.

• Educating and empowering residents and their families to support ongoing recovery and encourage active participation in the therapeutic process.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who has:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Alaska.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• A passion for empowering residents and helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

• A commitment to delivering the highest standard of care while fostering a compassionate and positive work environment.
