Main Job Purpose

The Major Accounts Executive MAE CDO is responsible for driving profitable growth across key Modern Trade and strategic local accounts in Mindanao (Region 10 and CARAGA local supermarket) through strong customer partnerships, disciplined distributor execution, and best-in-class in-store excellence.

The role operates within a distributor-served model, requiring strong leadership across both customer and distributor teams to deliver business objectives.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

• Strategic Account Ownership: Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP), conduct business reviews, and localize national strategies.
• Distributor Management & Alignment: Align distributor execution, drive accountability on sales, collections, and coverage.
• Sales & KPI Delivery: Deliver Net Sales, Volume, and Profit targets while driving promotions and category growth.
• In-Store Execution Leadership: Ensure Perfect Store execution including OSA, pricing, placement, and NPI.
• Local Business Development: Identify expansion opportunities across Region 10 and CARAGA
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Field Leadership: Coach frontline teams and drive data-driven execution discipline.

Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or FMCG related
• Experience in Key Accounts Management
• Strong experience in Mindanao trade environment
• Proven track record in driving growth via distributor systems
