We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping, logistics coordination, and inventory management, with the ability to work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, procurement, and customers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and operational priorities simultaneously. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing logistics processes, reducing operational delays, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient execution.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation planning, carrier coordination, and shipment scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records to ensure product availability and minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Ensure all shipping documentation, including delivery notes, transport documents, and customs paperwork (where applicable), is accurate and complete.
- Track shipments from dispatch to delivery, proactively resolving delays and communicating shipment status to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, freight partners, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Support procurement and production teams by maintaining efficient material flow across the supply chain.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and recommend improvements to reduce transportation costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing inventory reports, logistics documentation, and operational records for management review.
- Resolve shipping, inventory, and delivery-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–10 years of experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of shipping processes, freight coordination, and logistics operations.
- Experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
