職務介紹
Middle Mile（中程運輸）運輸規劃專員負責中程運輸網路的規劃與管理，透過建立營運指標、預測運輸產能、結合銷售預測進行物流規劃，以及分析車隊與司機績效，協助公司持續優化中程運輸網路的效率與成本結構。
此職位將與營運、供應鏈及規劃團隊緊密合作，運用數據分析與規劃能力，支援物流網路的擴展與最佳化。
職務概述（Role Overview）
此職位負責管理 Coupang 物流網路中的 Middle Mile（中程運輸）營運作業，確保整體運輸網路維持穩定運作並達成成本效益最佳化。
工作內容涵蓋即時營運監控、KPI 與 LOS（服務水準，Level of Service）管理，以及與跨部門團隊和運輸合作夥伴密切協作，以支持穩定的運輸產能及業務成長需求。
工作內容（Job Description）
1. 工作職責（What You Will Do）
a. 營運績效管理
- 管理 Coupang 各物流中心之間 Middle Mile 運輸路線的關鍵營運指標（KPI）。
- 持續監控運輸服務品質與營運績效，確保達成目標。
b. 運輸監控與營運管理
- 透過派車系統（Dispatch System）監控貨車發車、到車及運輸狀況。
- 運用營運數據分析，確保運輸作業穩定並提升成本效益。
- 即時掌握運輸異常狀況，確保物流網路順暢運行。
c. 問題處理與跨部門協調
- 主動發現並追蹤營運異常問題，例如：
- 車輛延誤到站
- 系統資料缺失
- 運輸異常事件
- 及時將問題升級（Escalate）至相關團隊並協助追蹤改善進度。
基本資格條件（Basic Qualifications）
- 願意配合日班及夜班輪班工作。
- 具 3 至 5 年運輸、物流或相關產業工作經驗。
- 熟悉 Microsoft Excel 操作，包括：
- 資料輸入與整理
- 基本公式運用
- 大學以上學歷。
加分條件（Preferred Qualifications）
- 具物流或運輸營運管理相關經驗（具 Team Leader / 基層主管經驗者尤佳）。
- 具備使用以下系統或工具的經驗：
- 營運監控 Dashboard
- 車輛追蹤系統（Vehicle Tracking System）
- 運輸管理系統（Transportation Management System, TMS）
- 具備於高時效、高變動營運環境工作的經驗。
- 具備基本英文閱讀及口語溝通能力。
