ポジションについて

APJ 地域において、DeepL 製品全体の技術面をリードする存在として、お客様に向き合っていただくポジションです。担当範囲は APJ 全域ですが、東京を拠点に、業務の大半は日本のエンタープライズ顧客に向き合っていただきます。あわせて、APJ 域内の重要案件をリードまたは支援していただきます。対象は AI 翻訳、Language AI を用いた業務ワークフロー、API、そしてリアルタイム多言語コミュニケーションを実現する DeepL Voice です。

資料を作ることが中心の役割ではありません。ご自身で製品に触れ、デモやプロトタイプ、PoV 環境を組み上げていただく、手を動かすポジションです。

エンタープライズ戦略、ソリューション設計、そして複雑な商談の推進が交わる位置で、早い段階からお客様、パートナー、意思決定者と直接向き合っていただきます。営業、マーケティング、プロダクト、カスタマーサクセスと密に連携しながら、お客様ごとに最適な提案を組み立てていただきます。

日本のチームはまだ小さく、その分、一人ひとりの影響範囲が大きいポジションです。チームがこれまでに積み上げてきたものもありますが、まだ手が回っていない領域も残っています。ないものは自分で作れて、あるものはさらに良くできる方を求めています。プレイブック、標準デモ資産、ディスカバリーの型といった、チーム全体で使う仕組みづくりを中心となって担っていただきたいと考えています。あわせて、個別のユースケースの話から、全社の業務や経営課題の話へと会話を広げていくことも、このポジションの重要な役割です。

主な職務内容

• 最重要かつ複雑なアカウントについて、営業担当とともにアカウント戦略と案件戦略を設計する。アカウント全体の状況の中で個々の商談を捉え、適切な場面で他の DeepL 製品も提案の中に位置づける

• 営業、プロダクト、エンジニアリングの関係者に働きかけ、商談の停滞や認識のずれを解消する

• 技術的な信頼を得られるアドバイザーとして、DeepL の Language AI プラットフォームをお客様のビジネス目標と既存システムに結びつける。技術部門だけでなく、役員を含む複数部門との関係を築く

• 技術ディスカバリーをリードし、翻訳、API、Voice を含む製品全体にわたって、お客様ごとに作り込んだデモ、プレゼンテーション、プロトタイプ、POC、PoV を設計・実施する。説明するのではなく、動くものでお見せする

• 複雑な商談の全過程で、API、SSO（SAML、OAuth、OpenID Connect）、リアルタイムストリーミング、エンタープライズのセキュリティおよびコンプライアンス要件について専門的な助言を行う

• チーム全体の成果を引き上げる、再利用可能な仕組みと資産を作り、実際に使われる状態まで持っていく。デモ環境、ROI や効果算定のモデル、標準提案資料、ディスカバリーの型、ベストプラクティス集など。個別案件用の作り捨て資料ではなく、次の商談の質と速度を上げるものを対象とする

• 受注案件と失注案件の両方について振り返りを主導する。うまくいかなかったことの原因を特定し、改善を自ら担い、必要であれば新しいプロセスを定義して、チームに定着させる

• 他のソリューションコンサルタントが相談に来る存在として、ディスカバリー、デモ、ステークホルダー対応、複雑な商談戦略について助言する。チームのオンボーディングや育成コンテンツを形づくり、必要に応じて営業やカスタマーサクセスのメンバーにもメンタリングや Enablement を行う

• お客様に対して、業界動向や他社での導入事例を自信を持って語れる存在となる。同時に、現場で得た知見を構造化してプロダクトおよびエンジニアリングに還元し、ロードマップの優先順位づけに貢献する

求める経験・スキル

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル。英語：ビジネスレベル（ネイティブレベルの英語力は求めていません）。その他の言語ができる方は歓迎します

• ソリューションコンサルタント、セールスエンジニア、プリセールスとしての顧客対応経験7年以上。エンタープライズ SaaS、AI、CCaaS、言語技術、またはそれに準じる領域での経験が望ましい

• お客様向けソリューションを設計し、技術面で信頼を獲得し、案件の成否に実質的な影響を与えてきた実績

• お客様向けのデモ、プロトタイプ、POC、PoV 環境を、ご自身の手で構築または設定してきた経験

• 自分の担当案件を超えた影響の実績。たとえば、他の人が使うようになった型や仕組みを作った、他チームのメンバーをメンタリングした、チーム全体の進め方を変える改善を主導した、など

• 技術的な土台。REST API、認証および SSO（SAML、OAuth、OpenID Connect、Azure AD）、一般的な SaaS 連携パターンについて、お客様の前で語れるレベル。日常的にコードを書く必要はありません

• 業務変革の視点。変更前と変更後を具体的に描き、複雑な業務プロセスを可視化し、長年使われてきた仕組みを変える理由を組み立てられること

• エンタープライズ商談の勘所。プログラムマネージャー、IT アーキテクト、役員クラスが同席する商談を進めてきた経験。複雑な内容を整理し、大きな変革を現実的に見せられる力

• セキュリティおよびコンプライアンスの素養。データの保管地域、セキュリティ体制、ガバナンスについて、情報システム部門や法務部門と会話できること

• 高いプレゼンテーション力とファシリテーション力。社内外の場で、複雑な内容を分かりやすく伝えられること
