About the location:

There’s a certain magic in the air here that flows effortlessly through Old Town Square, onto Charles Bridge, over the Vltava and all the way up the tallest spires of Prague Castle – and that’s just what you can see from Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

About the Role

As a Laundry Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and presentation throughout the hotel. You will be responsible for supporting laundry operations, managing linen flow, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring all hotel linens are handled with care and accuracy. Working as part of the Housekeeping team, you will help create a seamless guest experience by ensuring clean and well-maintained linens are always available.

What You Will Do

• Receive, count, and verify clean linen deliveries from external laundry providers
• Sort, count, and prepare soiled linen for collection and processing
• Store clean linen in designated areas and replenish floor pantries as needed
• Maintain adequate stock levels of all hotel linen to support daily operations
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures
• Monitor chemicals and follow safe handling practices at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, chutes, carts, and equipment
• Report linen damage, inventory discrepancies, or misuse of hotel linen
• Identify equipment malfunctions and communicate maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records
• Assist with monthly linen inventory counts
• Follow all fire, health, safety, and emergency procedures
• Handle any lost & found items discovered during laundry operations according to hotel policies

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and laundry processes
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and chemical handling
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality standards
